Mocha Frosting
Two Favorite Flavors of Coffee and Chocolate Complement Many Cakes
Ingredients List
- 4 cups - Domino® Confectioners Sugar
- 1 teaspoon - instant coffee crystals
- 3 tablespoons - unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup - butter (2/3 stick), melted
- 1 teaspoon - vanilla extract
- 4 to 5 tablespoons - water
Instructions
In large bowl, sift sugar, coffee and cocoa. Beat in butter and vanilla. Add enough water to make a spreading consistency; beat until smooth.
Makes enough for a two-layer cake.
