Crunchy Granola
Ingredients List
- 3 cups - old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups - large walnut pieces
- 1 cup - sunflower seeds
- 1 - (7 oz) pkg. sweetened flaked coconut (about 2 2/3 cups)
- 1/2 cup - firmly packed Domino® Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup - maple syrup
- 1/4 cup - wheat germ
- 1/4 cup - vegetable oil
- 1/2 tablespoon - cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a heavy, large rimmed baking sheet.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Spread on prepared baking dish. Bake about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until granola is golden brown and crunchy. Store in an airtight container.
Makes about 9 cups.
